My Journey with "We Work For Humanity - WWH Foundation"

As the founder of We Work For Humanity - WWH Foundation, I have dedicated my life's work to creating meaningful change in the communities of Bangladesh. My journey with this organization has been one of growth, learning, and immense fulfillment. I want to share with you some insights into my work and the impact we are making.

Leading with Purpose

My vision for We Work For Humanity stems from a deep desire to uplift marginalized communities and address pressing social challenges. Since founding the organization, I have been driven by a commitment to serve and empower the people of Bangladesh, particularly those who face barriers to education, healthcare, and economic opportunity.

Key Projects and Initiatives

  • Education for All: I have spearheaded projects that provide educational opportunities to children and adults who otherwise would not have access to quality learning. By offering scholarships, resources, and support, we are paving the way for brighter futures.

  • Healthcare Outreach: Through health camps, awareness campaigns, and partnerships with medical professionals, we are working to improve access to healthcare for those in need. This includes preventive care, health screenings, and education on important health topics.

  • Community Engagement: I actively engage with local communities to identify their needs and collaborate on solutions. This includes supporting small businesses, providing vocational training, and helping to build essential infrastructure.

My Approach to Leadership

I believe in leading by example and fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and collaboration. My approach to leadership is centered on empowering my team and community members to take initiative and create lasting change. I strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone's voice is heard and valued.

Recently, we had the privilege of hosting a comprehensive program focused on fire safety in Bangladesh. Overview: The program aimed to educate individuals and communities about fire safety measures, prevention techniques, and emergency response protocols. With the increasing incidents of fire-related accidents in Bangladesh, it was imperative to address this issue and empower people with the knowledge and tools to stay safe. Key Objectives: a. যে আইডিয়ার জন্য পেলাম ”শেরে বাংলা এ.কে ফজলুল হক গোল্ডেন এ্যাওয়ার্ড - ২০২৪”

লেখার শুরুতেই বলে রাখি, ওরা এই সংবর্ধনা পুরস্কারটি ঠিক কেন দিয়েছে, কি প্রক্রিয়ায় তাদের বাছাই পর্ব সম্পন্ন করেছে তা ওদের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী ওরা পুরস্কার গ্রহীতাদের কাছে উন্মুক্ত করেন নি। তাই আমার এই ক্ষুদ্র আইন পেশার ক্যারিয়ারে যে আইডিয়াটির জন্য এই এ্যাওয়ার্ডটি আমি পেতে পারি সেটি সকলের অবগতীর জন্যই শেয়ার করছি। বিচারপতি ড. আবু তারিক স্যার এবং মার্গুব মোর্শেদ স্যারের হাত থেকে এ্যাওয়ার্ড গ্রহনের মূহুর্ত আইডিয়াটি হল, আমরা সকলেই জানি আমাদের দেশে প্রচুর পরিমাণে মিথ্যা মামলা হয় একইসাথে সত্য অনেক ঘটনার সঠিক বিচার ও হয়না। আবার প্রায় প্রতিটি মামলার ক্ষেত্রেই বছরের পর বছর সময় চলে যায় অদৃশ্য বিভিন্ন কারনে। এসব মিলিয়ে মূলত বিচারপ্রার্থী ই বেশী হয়রানির শিকার হন। শেষ জমিটা বেচেও যখন পুত্র হত্যার বিচার পান না তখন সমাজের প্রতি একবুক কষ্ট এবং ঘৃর্ণা নিয়েই বেচে থাকতে হয় অনেকের।  তা যাইহোক,  এই ঘটনাগুলো আসলে কেন হয়?  এ থেকে উত্তরেন কি কোন উপায় নেই?  ঠিক কি পদ্ধতি অনুসরন করলে এ থেকে উত্তরণ হওয়া যাবে? এরকম কয়েকটি প্রশ্নের উত্তরেই রয়েছে এই সমস্যাগুলোর সমাধান।  এই বিষয়টি নিয়ে আলোচনা করতে গেলে...
